HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ITEM WILL FIT?

-------> Each listing has a photo with measurements. Please refer to this before ordering.  

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

-------> Since your items are made to order, returns and exchanges will not be allowed. If your shirt has arrived to you defected, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item (per shipment delivery date) On case by case basis, if defect is found and notified in a timely fashion, we will allow return or exchange. No sizing exchanges will be allowed.
Holiday items are time sensitive, we understand this. All items are shipped out in a timely fashion. If your item is delayed due to situations beyond our control we cannot offer a refund. Once your package leaves our hands and is accepted by the United States Postal service we no longer have any control. Please understand this. 

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND/PRODUCTION TIME ON MY ITEM?

-------> Most of the time your item is made to order, we try to be as fast as we can but we ask that you please allow UP TO two weeks (14 business days) from purchase for shipment to occur. 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

-------> Your items are made in beautiful New Hampshire and ship from here as well.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS: 

We get a lot of questions about shipping. So I will try to sum up the normal questions we get asked here. When we ship your item, you will immediately get a notification (Email, text or FB Instant Messenger- whatever you chose at time of checkout) that will have ALL your information. You will receive a tracking number in that notification. Once the Unites States Postal Service has your package it is completely out of our hands. The updates come from USPS and are linked to your tracking number. Our website simply keeps you up to date on the adventure your package is taking. 

When your local post office is ready, you will receive another notification stating your package is out for delivery. You will then get a final notification when your package has physically been delivered to you. 

If your tracking says delivered but your package is not there, there are about a million different things that can mean. Emailing us in a panic will not immediately answer your question. Since the package was out of our hands days before, we have no idea where your package is. We can only see what you see on the tracking. Sometimes the mailman hits the wrong button, sometimes it takes 24 hours to update and your package will arrive the next day, sometimes your postal delivery person simply forgot to drop it off. Those are normally what happens in cases we have seen. It is VERY rare that a package actually go missing entirely. If your package says delivered but was not in your mailbox and it has been more than 48 hours you need to contact your local post office. They have GPS technology that can help you locate your package, we cannot offer that same service. We want to help you, and are always here to answer as many questions as we can.....however; please understand we make the shirts and then ship them out, once they leave our hands we no longer have control of them. :)  You can find more information by clicking here USPS WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

           

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

-------> Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. Emails are always answered during those times and we try to answer as fast as we can, please allow at least 24 hours for a response.
